We can organise and tailor a sailing event to suit your needs using our fleet of matched performance yachts, committee boat and Royal Yachting Association qualified race officers. 15 matched J 109s or 10 forty footers available.

Match race your colleagues in pairs, or a fleet, in our performance yachts and see how team spirit builds. In our experience there is nothing like sailing to bond people together!

We can organise a teambuilding day out or weekend away, encouraging the crew to use their initiative and make supervised decisions in unfamiliar surroundings. We cater for novices and experienced sailors alike, with all our skippers able to provide advice on the finer points of racing, or simply to help the uninitiated unravel the jargon of sailing.

Race training

Many companies now encourage their staff to participate in the multitude of racing events available. It’s considered a great opportunity to build team relationships and strengthen communication.
