21 June 2016
Many congratulations to Colin and Alistair who came 1st overall in the 2nd race from Kinsale, Ireland to Treguier , Brittany in the Royal Torbay Yacht Club's Triangle Race. The pair chartered Bonfire our J109 which has been set up especially for double handed sailing. In the first race from Torquay to Kinsale they came a respectable 10th but in the second race they really gathered pace sailing across to Brittany and came 1st in class . This has placed them 5th overall for the 2016 Triangle Race.
